Most editors and word processors solve this problem by giving the user
an option to save the file at any time -- simply choose "Save" from the
File menu.
Saving the meetings file seems to be a similar situation.
I don't think so. I haven't seen anything other than an editor
provide that kind of functionality.
What I meant to say was that there must be an intermediate
solution; one where the meetings file doesn't get written out
as often; like maybe only when you leave a particular meeting
to head to another one.
Perhaps there is a better plance than all these mailing lists
to carry on this kind of discussion; like the discuss list
for instance.
Michael, you started this, perhaps you could figure out a good
place for it to continue.
