I have recently (yesterday and again today) noticed this same bug using
framemaker and other clients (fishwrap). The error produced is
06:50 afs: failed to store file in volume 536972170 (partition full)
for the appropriate volume id. This happened to me yesterday using framemaker
trying to write to the athena cell and just now trying to use the fishwrap
project which writes to the fishwrap.mit.edu cell. Sounds like a Solaris
AFS bug.
In neither case were any volumes or partitions anywhere near filling up.
