I not sure this bug has been offically reported yet so here
goes. Because the wrong version of /usr/etc/login.krb is in the current
release(s), you can not rlogin into a machine with a srvtab unless you
are in its password file. The easiest way to see this problem is to try
and rlogin into dialup. You will not succeed. Using rlogin.ucb does
work, however. This occurs because /usr/etc/login.krb is the
_non-athena_ kerberos login program. That is, it doesn't know anything
about hesiod, sms, etc. and hence will only allow people in the local
password file to login in. This is a major lose and is causing a great
deal of confusion for dialup users.
