I send valid postscript to the duplex queue using lpr -Pprintername2 and
get back a page saying something about undefined commands. People tell
me this is because the duplex queue eats up the first 11 characters of a
Postscript file, assuming that they will be "%!PS-Adobe". This, in my
opinion, is broken behavior and extremely confusing to boot. Not all
Postscript files begin with those characters. Framemaker, for instance,
begins all Postscript output with:

%!
%%BoundingBox: (atend)
%%Pages: (atend)
%%DocumentFonts: (atend)
%%EndComments

%	Due to bugs in Transcript, the 'PS-Adobe-' is omitted from line 1
