SOLARIS: /usr/athena/bin/install does not strip files

The -s option should strip the binary.... The code is ifdefed out in
the sources...  I suspect this may have been done a) because of the
afs bug, or b) because no one bothered to do it... c) Problems with
shared libraries

This should be fixed.... Why - we like small srvds...
