cview and cview printers
What's wrong:
cview's information is from 9am this morning (it's now 3:15 pm)
cview printers is still reporting w20-east-3 and w20-east-4 as up
when they actually don't exist.
What should have happened:

I reported the cview printers thing a few months ago and it
was assigned ticket number 203.
