I've tried several times in olcr to grab a question, and get:
olcr> g ggsp
Your current instance is busy, creating another one for you.
Error grabbing user.

My instance zero is currently asking a question. I've had multiple
instances in the past, so know that I'm allowed to do that. As an OLC
volunteer, I thought I'd answer a couple of questions while waiting
for someone to answer mine, but the system won't let me.
