Trying to make a table with FrameMaker
What's wrong:
The Table Format window appeared without the normal border and minus sign in the upper right corner. There is also no quit or close option in the window. So there's no way (that I could figure out) to get rid of the window. This actually seems to be a more general problem with FrameMaker- I've encountered it with other windows too. Maybe I'm just missing something.

In "New Features in FrameMaker" p. 3-9 they show the Table Format window with what I called a normal border. This is not the way it appears on the screen.
