Examining the accounting log file on the printserver itself revealed that
you printed 8 pages in total (including the header) and was charged
for 7.  (The 7th page could have been blank?)  You should contact
User Accounts for a credit of .10 for their account.  If you still have a
copy of the file you were printing, could I get a copy to try to recreate
your problem?
