As a sidenote, I believe I may have already fixed this problem with the kerberos p10 stuff I have been working on, but I still have to test it. Unfortunately, I don't know how to get it integrated into the release yet. If you want, my sources are in /afs/rel-eng/user/probe/newsrc/athena/athena.lib/kerberos.p10/ appl/rkinit/... You will need to compile all of the kerberos.p10 stuff for it to work, since the changes I did are based on the uid handling that I ended up deciding to do on POSIX systems (I changed the semantics not to bother with ruid, and only deal with euid, since POSIX does not allow for the uid handling that Kerberos was trying). This means that I also changed libkrb.a in the tf_util routines, so there is a slight dependency between the two (most applications won't be affected). -Richard
