Please reference bug #736 for future correspondence related to this bug.

From a first glance at the report, my suspiscion is that the IBM X server
font handling is messing up; if that is indeed the case, then we may not be
able to fix the problem as we do not have the source code to that piece of
the AIX operating system, and it may be awhile before IBM corrects the problem
in their X server.
