Running nipsrv on a vs3100 panics and crashes the server when an install
is invoked. Ops needs this service as long as there is bsd clients {vax,rt}.
We will need nipsrv to run reliably on either a vs3100 or a ds5000. Otherwise
the installation will fail. If more information is needed let me know. Thanks
