Greetings.
Can whoever's in charge of maintaining MITTHESIS LaTeX style files
help me find a smart solution to this problem?
I'd like to use MITTHESIS, but many of my equations have
lettered subcomponents, like Eqs. (4.2.3a), (4.2.3b) and (4.2.3c).
How can I have LaTeX's \label and \ref macros make lettered equation numbers,
as is done by the ultra-convenient "mathletters" environment in REVTeX?
Can I somehow "add" two big style files together (revtex.sty and
mitthesis.sty) without causing horrible conflicts?
Has anyone had this question before?
