The RISC/6000 doesn't use "track".  Instead, it uses "synctree" and the
update scripts and /etc/athena/rc.athena both know to call "synctree".
I think "rc.athena" might call synctree through its invocation of
check_public.

Unfortunately, track doesn't have the ability to handle deletions, and in
this particular case, synctree was better suited to the software management.
Synctree, unfortunately, lacks the checksumming ability of track, but other
than that, it is more configurable and is better suited to the job.
