Another frame maker bug

Bug report:		Fram Maker
Platform:			Sun4
Problem:			When using the cross-reference tool to replace more
			than on eline of text, frame maker doesn't update
			the insert pointer properly and fails to erase the extra
			lines of text.  To remedy the problem, the user
			must refresh the screen.
