What were you trying to do?
Insert a long dash (symbol --) into an ez document.
What's wrong:
The long dash displays fine in the editing window, however, in both
the Preview window and the hardcopy printout, the long dash is dropeed
entirely (i.e. foo--bar becomes foobar). The only way I found to insert a long
dash, was to put in a couple of spaces and strike-through them. Note that the
problem manifests itself on the DECstation also, so it's not RS6000 specific.
What should have happened:
The long dash should have been printed and displayed in the Preview
window.
