olc daemon?

I was telnet'd in to cascade, using the text olcr client in the consult
locker, when I got this:

You are not doing anything in OLC.
I was subsequently able to grab the user. This was my first action in olcr
after I started it up. (Cascade is a DS5000, should the info. be relevant. It's
in E40.)
No need to respond to me. I'm assuming the olc daemon just hiccuped, but
thought you'd want to know about it.
Other relevant info: I'm not connected to any other questions at the moment,
the olc queue is lengthy, much as it's been since the semester started.
