When playing with various colors, like: xsetroot -solid Blue
after a while the X server will appear to go through a reset
but not log you out. To repeat, play with various colors and
eventuallyu the screen will change to a couple of random colors
and then just sit there blank. When logging in to the console
I found all my processes still running (like a permanent screen
saver).
