What were you trying to do?
Use xwais to connect to some of the ANU (Australian National
University) servers.
What's wrong:
It seems that xwais can't parse any of the .src files I have.
To repeat, start up xwais and load up any of the files
/mit/ckclark/home/wais-sources/ANU-*. I connect to these
servers manually using waissearch, so I'm pretty sure
they are valid. I got the source files via ftp
to ftp.uu.net.
[ Side notes: xmosaic also fails to
parse them. Also, the ANU servers we announced relatively
recently (late July) so they may be running newer
software. ]
What should have happened:
It should work.
