xdpr on the suns

HI.
A number of users have reported an error with xdpr on the suns. It
seems that a number (I've no idea how many) of the public suns have xdpr
in the wrong place. It is in /usr/openwin/bin/xdpr instead of
/usr/athena/bin/xdpr. I cannot reproduce the error here in the OLC
office, because on our sun, it seems to be in the correct place. The
problem has been pretty widely reported for about a week now, so I don't
believe that its a bad customization in someone's account.
