Thank you for pasting in your X resources, or we would never have known
what was really wrong!
If you look closely at your resources, you have specified a geometry
of +"number zero pixels", -"letter capital O pixels"
I don't know what xrdb does when it encounters a letter in the place of
an expected number in a numerical geometry specification.
I'll bet the pixel offset has something to do with the numerical value
of the ASCII character "O".
To fix your problem delete the letter "O" from your geometry resources
and respecify them using the number zero.
