Thanks for pointing out this problem. We moved our NetProb server
(the dcns bug-tracking system) to a different machine yesterday, and the
mail system wasn't set up correctly the first time.
The system is working fine now, and the four bug reports which arrived in
the interm (including yours) have been manually entered.
