What's wrong:
Following the instructions given in the motd:
% attach info
% more PENDING_SHUTDOWNS
gives an error: file not found.
What should have happened:
The instructions should read:
% attach info
% more /mit/info/PENDING_SHUTDOWNS
and the file will be displayed instead of the error.
