Well, it's as much of a bug as the file /tmp/.seq which you get after
printing... It ensures a unique id number for all transactions to the
quota server.... It is a side affect of s_chkaf and I don't think it
should be removed as it may cause problems for multiple people running
lpquota at the same time.
