A type 4 error is a divide by zero error, but why you would get a divide
by zero in TechMail I don't know. Probably memory is getting clobbered
and thus the error type is irrelevant.
I have not had other reports of this problem. I know that there are out
of memory cases which will cause TechMail to stop and aport itself (aka
quit, aka crash). So, one thing you can try is increasing the amount of
memory allocated to TechMail. If the problem is caused by running out
of memory this should reduce the frequency of the problem.
