Suggestion:
Next time some TLA is named in a message to a wide audience like
athena-ws, include some explanation of WHAT THE THING IS.
(Example: TLA stands for Three Letter Acronym. It was expressed this
way to highlight my frustration and confusion over seeing a whole
discussion of some subsystem 'CAP' which I know nothing about, and could
take no part in. Would someone PLEASE define CAP in the context of
Roger Roach's bug report (which also did not get forwarded to
athena-ws.)
