What exactly is the problem? I suspect one of the following
problems exist with Roger's machine:
a) Either rpcd is not running -- but it is as I just confirmed it with
rpcinfo
b) The kernel he has does not have the packet filter.
Oops - the mkserv locker in the capultrix.add script is
trying to run a script which doesn't exist and hence will fail...
It exists in the mkservdev locker, but not the mkserv one.
Therefore, roger has the wrong kernel.

(/mit/mkserv needs to be updated for 7.6 and a new kernel put in place)
