Look at the default track subscription list.
What's wrong:
It doesn't appear to exist. This would appear to be a
problem, since /srvd/usr/athena/lib/update/do_update uses it.
What should have happened:
I don't know. Is there something I'm missing about the how
the RS/6000 is updated and kept in sync?
