Some database-server addresses in /afs/athena/service/CellServDB are
incorrect. I've had trouble recently accessing the nd.edu cell -- two
of its database servers have changed IP address since the Athena
CellServDB was last updated (May 14).
You might want to apply the patch below, which should give all the
updates from the current /afs/transarc.com/service/CellServDB and also
preserve the private cells/ordering of the Athena version.
Also, you may want to add mountpoints for the new cells anl.gov,
es.net, and hepafs1.hep.net: all three are currently up and accessible
from here with (I think) reasonable performance.
