I was on a Decstation dialup running discuss in emacs (using
discuss.elc from /usr/athena/lib/elisp.) I was at the last
transaction (104) in charon:linux-dev. I hit 'q' and 'g' rapidly to
try to go to the next meeting. The buffer didn't change, and it went
into a "waiting for discuss...", "garbage collecting..." infinite
loop. It wasn't accepting any key presses. I had to drop carrier.
