If you try to refile messages into a new folder using mh-rmail in emacs,
and it is unable to create the new folder, then your messages are simply
removed. There is no warning that the files will be removed, nor is any
way provided to recover them. This is a serious bug, and fixing it should
be made a priority. It has been reported at least once before, so please
deal with it soon.
