The cat page looks is if someone formatted it either with a bogus
version of nroff, or an okay version of nroff and a bogus
/usr/lib/tmac/tmac.an.
There may be more like this. Someone should ran catman on everything,
using the Athena catman, and on a DECstation, so that the man page
macros in /usr/lib/tmac.an match the macros acutally used in the ULTRIX
man pages.
