If you are on a new IBM RS/6k (model 220's), and you type:
Meta-x shell
in Emacs, you'll get the following error:
tcsh: No entry for terminal type "emacs"
tcsh: using dumb terminal settings.
athena%
This is on "bombardier" in the Consulting Office (m11-115), which is
running 7.5B. The same error occurs in the clusters (users have been
reporting this).
