What were you trying to do?
I did C-x # (server-edit) in emacs when I was done with the buffer.
What's wrong:
emacsclient didn't recognize that the server was done with the
buffer. It just sat there saying "Waiting for Emacs...". I tried
this multiple times, and restarted the server - it still happened
every time.
What should have happened:
emacsclient should have exited with 0 exit value.
Interrupting it doesn't work, because then the program that called it
(e.g. comp) thinks something went wrong.
