What were you trying to do?
eliminate a large amount of text in a message I was replying
to. The text was an included binex program. The total length of the
message was 389137 bytes with most of it being text.
What's wrong:
xmh bombed, here is the message:
rar(12:58pm)% X Error of failed request: BadLength (poly request too large or internal Xlib length error)
Major opcode of failed request: 18 (X_ChangeProperty)
Serial number of failed request: 3466
Current serial number in output stream: 3474
What should have happened:
It should have deleted the text without complaint.
