RS/6000 Kerberos rsh can't handle ^C

If I type ^C while rsh is running on the RS/6000 it does not propagate
the signal to the remote host.  The local rsh process exits:

	% /usr/athena/bin/rsh achates exec sh -i
	$ ^Cselect: Interrupted system call

On an RT:

	% rsh achates exec sh -i
	$ ^C
	$
