I killed and restarted lpqd on hector (prlogger) just now. The new central
print servers weren't able to update the quota database. I stopped and re-
started lpqd so that the quota server would re-read the sacl file...
Maybe this should be fixed in a future relase... lpqd should stat the sacl
file to see if it has changed recently, and re-read it if necessary!
I humbly submit this as a bug to be fixed in a future release.
