Unfortunately, after a considerable amount of time, it seems that none of
the consultants have the required expertise with X terminals to determine
the nature of your problem. We are forwarding your question to our
"unanswered" category, which means it is quite possible there will be no
resolution, although it may get looked at in the future.
I am also carbon-copying a note to "bugs", as there may be people there
who can help, if anywhere.
We apologize for the setbacks, and hope you manage to get things worked
out. Should you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to use
