This sounds like a known problem; if mv cannot duplicate the group ownership
in AFS, you'll get an error message, though the file will successfully be
moved. This is PTF U405606; original APAR #IX27316 opened by Transarc.
The fix is that the message text was changed to "mv: unable to duplicate
owner or mode after move." Quoting Austin's response to Transarc: "The
reason the error message cannot be eliminated entirely is because it is
required by POSIX.2."
