System name: lockpick
Type and version:	KN02ca 7.4H
Display type: PMAG-DV

What were you trying to do?
M-x byte-recompile-directory, trying to complete off of a
directory name --- I was also running emacs discuss at the time, listing
meetings. Don't know how relevant that is, though.

What's wrong:
	emacs core dumped....
pid 3351 (emacs) was killed on an unaligned access, at pc 0x46b3ac

What should have happened:
	emacs should not core dump

Please describe any relevant documentation references:

I moved the coredump to
/afs/sipb.mit.edu/user/tlyu/tmp/core.emacs.pmax.F (it's frozen)
Let me know when I can nuke it.

enjoy!
