Actually - I think it is a user failure - you do not interact with MH
by using any commands such as inc, folder +, etc while using xmh without
possible dire consequences. xmh probably checked it's cache file - saw that
it was up to date ans was proceeding when you typed inc... Xmh never
had a chance. If you exit xmh and restart - does the right thing happen?
