/etc/rc does not read /etc/athena/rc.conf on DECstations. If fsck
fails (all too common on DEC dialups) the machine automatically halts.
In a cluster this is the right effect for the wrong reason. ON a
dialup in the machine room this is the wrong thing. /etc/rc should
use the ERRHALT from /etc/athena/rc.conf as is done on VAXen and RT's.
This would save me the time of booting the dialup single user every
time fsck fails.
