For the record ntalkd's dying once didn't kill inetd. inetd died
because after ntalkd died a talk connetion caused inetd to try to
start another ntalkd. This occured repeatedly, which caused inetd to
exit in what I believe is the same way that it dies when it gets too
many finger connections.
