[10434] in Athena Bugs

I just attempted to inc my mail, and some of it appears to have been lost.
Here's what happened:
I logged in and got a message that said I had 30 messages (1.6... Megs!)
So I said to myself I don't have that kind of disk space, I should look
at things before I inc them into my homedir. But then I got distracted
and in an emacs I started I started mh-rmail. This attempted to inc my mail.
As far as I can tell it successfully got 10 pieces of mail. Then it got to
this gem:

so I got an appropriate error (for values of 109 being appropriate, but
thats another bug):
nc: can't write to 4056: Error 109
(Yes, my inbox is up to message 4056, no I haven't kept all of them.)
Then I did a from. Then I did an inc -notruncate +some-local-disk.
I got 16 messages including the 1.6 meg piece. Unfortunately,
10 + 16 = 26 != 30.
For the record, I'm using tla a DEC3100
tla:~: fs lq
Volume Name Quota Used % Used Partition
user.jweiss 5000 4740 95%<< 70% <<WARNING
(So appearantly, th large message didn't get save at all;I was at 94%
quota when I logged in.)
(In all fairness, I don't have the text of the original from (done auto-
matically on login that said I had 30 messages, but I doub't I misremembered it.
