It's missing some text. Here is an exerpt:

What should have happened:
I should have been able to see the rest of the phrase. I can read it by
looking at /usr/athena/man/man1/help.1.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
It seems that /usr/athena/man/cat1/help.1 is just not a correct version.
Running "nroff -man /usr/athena/man/man1/help.1" produce the correct
output (i.e. containing the rest of the paragraph).
