What were you trying to do?
I was composing a msg. I saved the msg rather than sending it.
Some time later in the day, I tried editing the msg again:
I went to the drafts locker. Selected the msg. Selected
Edit msg from the menu, and then selected Use As Composition
from the menu. I edited the msg in the new window that poped
up. While editing the msg, I refered to a different msg, in the
original xmh window.
After I was finished editing, I sent the msg. I always also send a
Carbon Copy to myself.
What's wrong:
Based on the Carbon copy I received, the msg that was actually sent
was not the final edited copy. Rather, it was the draft copy that was
saved earlier.
Also, the final copy of the msg overwrote, the other msg (The different one which I was refering to).
I have encountered this exact bug, a while ago and thought I must have
made some mistake. But after this second occurance, I am convinced
it's a problem with the program.
What should have happened:
The final version of the msg should have been sent. And the editted
msg should have overwritten the earlier saved draft, not the msg
being read.
