What were you trying to do?
Back up the local disk of a DEC5000/25
What's wrong:
If the 'u' option is given to dump, and the file /etc/dumpdates
does not already exist, the following results:
DUMP: WARNING - /etc/dumpdates: No such file or directory
DUMP: SIGSEGV() ABORTING!
What should have happened:
If the /etc/dumpdates file does not exist, it should create it,
and this should be documented. In any case, there is no reason for "SIGSEGV()".
