When I do a "man chfn" on my RT, I instead get the manpage
for kpasswd.  

<35> whereis chfn
chfn: /usr/athena/chfn /usr/man/man1/chfn.1

<36> cat /usr/man/man1/chfn.1
.so man1/passwd.1

Sendbug pops up an emacs window, which is bad and very presumptuous.
