A good question. The unsupported locker cam into being when we removed
/usr/unsupported from the system packs. (vax and RT only).
The question is with the same essentailly existing in the prolog locker
- do we really need it in unsupported. Dot set up the prolog locker,
perhaps she can shed some light?
