Several bugs:
1. On Jan 1, 1993, I tried pulling up an apointments window. It came up
with the "Week of Dec. 26, 1993". It looks like it can't handle
year-wraps.
2. The Year menu only allows you to select 1989-1993. This should probably
be extended.
3. The Appointment window shows you Mon-Sun, but the "Week of xxx" is
incorrect; the "xxx" is the Sun prior, as though the week was Sun-Sat.
